Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our Business QMS Software as a Service (SaaS) application ("Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Service.

2. Description of Service
The Service is a cloud-based software application provided by C-realize IT Services SRL ("we", "us", or "our"). The Service is offered as-is and is subject to change.

3. User Responsibilities
As a user of the Service, you agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are solely responsible for evaluating if the Service meets your intended use for which you receive a free trial of at least 30 days.

4. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy (www.c-realize.com/privacy), which describes how we handle your personal information.

5. Customer Support
For any issues encountered while using our Service, you can contact us anytime by email (contact@c-realize.com), using the contact form or the chat box on our website (www.c-realize.com). We will respond during Western European office hours from 9h00 until 17h00 CEST.

6. Availability
We guarantee a Service availability of 99% to you which will be calculated per year. Excluded from this availability are weekends, planned maintenance activities which will be communicated upfront or force majeure e.g. natural disaster, cyberattack.   We are not responsible for your own network, internet connectivity or the availability of other software you use to access our Service.

7. Data Storage
We use Azure™ cloud services from Microsoft™ to store your data. The database is shared between multiple tenants, but you only have access to your own data. As database administrator, we will not access your data unless necessary for support reasons in which case we will request your approval first. Your data will be encrypted at rest and in transit. The database will be backed up automatically on a daily basis redundantly across different zones throughout the Western Europe region where Microsoft™ datacenters are available.

8. Logging
We keep logs/audit trail of access to and changes to the database for security and performance reasons. These are kept for a duration of 7 days after which they are deleted.

9. Changes to Service and/or Terms
We reserve the right to modify the Service and/or these Terms at any time in which case, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. In exceptional circumstances e.g. urgent fixes, patches, changes will be communicated up till 24 hours after the change takes place.
